Mr. Fabrizio has been a member of the Oakland County Bar Association since he was admitted to the bar in 1975. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Law School.
Fabrizio’s practice concentrates in the area of Social Security Appeals, Family law, and litigation. He has served the Oakland County bench as a circuit court mediator for 25 years, and more recently as a District Court Mediator. His offices are located in Waterford, Michigan near the Oakland/Pontiac Airport on M-59.
Mr. Fabrizio in addition to his activities on behalf of the OCBA is a member of the Citizens Alliances Committee for the Probate Court / Circuit-court Family Division. He recently served on the Juvenile Focus Group sub-committee and participated in a Court/Juvenile Services Provider Conference as a facilitator in order to gather information and suggestions to improve Court practices related to juvenile matters.
Mr. Fabrizio is a member of the Social Security Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He is a multiple recipient of the Pro Bono Award from Oakland Livingston Legal aid. He is a member of the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP).Mr. Fabrizio is involved with the Oakland County community as an active volunteer. He has served as a Cub Scout Leader, and as a baseball, soccer and basketball coach. He has been recognized by the Y.M.C.A. for his volunteer work. He is a four year member of the High School Athletic Booster Club. Mr. Fabrizio and his wife, live in Oakland County with their two children.
